So, this may be a problem with just this card combination, however I summoned Calamity using Raiden and Phonon Pulse Dragon. That's right. 2 tuners. And nothing else.
I believe this may be due to phonon pulse also being a dragon dark and it fits the criteria of both the tuner and the non-tuner. Fix this please.
