I never can activate tuning or use accel synchron(send to grave) and rush warrior(banish and add 1 synchron from the grave to hand) effects online, just work offline.

The issue with "Tuning" and "Accel Synchron" has been mentioned before in this topic , and it's the same with "Rush Warrior": the codes in the database for the Synchron archetype have been changed, and those changes haven't been applied online yet.
