Why monsters that i move into the spell/trap zone cannot activate they're effects,like Orichalcos Kyutora that should reduce battle damage to 0 doesn't work when it is in spell/trap zone,also when my monster zone is empty,my opponent attacks directly even if i have something moved to zone i just mentioned,and as i recall in duel between yugi and rafael,after rafael activated trap card guardian formation,he said that yugi can't attack elma before attacking backup gardna and other monsters in monster zone..
