I was trying to revive Clear wing synchro dragon with monster reborn after it died and it was equipped with burning sonic but it's not letting me summon it because its targeting the monster in grave....I thought burning sonic other effect is field only? not graveyard wise.

This is weird. I thought it was to clear out it's target group once the targeted monster leaves the field. I'll try to solve this.
