There's a bug with transcendental poly where you can't target starving venom with it and it's been limiting my plays on ygo with predaplants.

Am i just misreading the card text or is this a legit bug? i'm really unsure

You're not reading it wrong, however there is a BKSS ruling to it. I can give you our unofficial PSCT-db to avoid your confusion. But again, please use the search function next time. We get this exact report at least once a month.
