In my Main Phase 1, I activated "Call of the Haunted" to revived sangan and attacked one of my opponents monsters. Sangan gets destroyed and I picked "Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands".
After the Battle Phase, I entered my Main Phase 2 and normal summoned my Manju.
Manjus effect doesn't apply at all (I still got ritual cards in my main deck).

There's a recent errata of Sangan, changing its effect. I think it prevents activation of the card you added. See the Pre-Errata for that combo, you can find it in Deck Edit by checking "Show Anime Cards".
