You are unable to summon Windwitch - Crystal Bell using Miracle Synchro Fusion. Requirements to use Miracle Synchro Fusion with this card are met using Windwitch - Winter Bell and any Windwitch in the graveyard or field. Doesn't work on ygopro.

You need to use at least 1 Synchro Monster during that Fusion Summon. Check that. [:thumbu:]

EDIT: Wait, did you say Miracle Fusion?! You can only use that for Elemental HEROes!

I misspoke I meant using Wind Witch - Winter Bell and a random windwitch.
