Whenever a new card is added to the game, the game doesn't seem to load their images. I presently have no images for any of the DP19 cards, and this seems to be when the issue started happening.

It's normal. After all the copyright strikes against the image repository, the image have to be added manually by Percy, and that means they're added later than the actual cards. It's unfortunate, but there's nothing we can do at the moment to accelerate the process.

So what do I have to do, just to wait?
Or should I do something to put these images manually?

Another question, if it is possible to place Artworks manually, is there a page where the team of yours post the images of the new cards so that we can put it in Ygopro?

You can use Antimetaman's Series 10 artwork to fill the empty spaces in yourselves. Just need the program DataEditor X to put them in.
