Winged Dragon of Ra Sphere Mode

When I tried using Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere mode and escalation of the monarchs on my opponent's turn, I was able to summon sphere mode with no tributes.

We keep getting reports of summoning Sphere Mode without any Tributes here and there, but I cannot replicate it, so if you have a replay it would be helpful. Also, which server did this happen on? I'm assuming you're playing on Links Beta (1.034).

EDIT: Nvm, I did manage to replicate it now.

IT happen on Gideon Beta server, I have same error when my opponent play it
