I need those cards to complete my Red Eyes deck so do I need to wait for the next update or am I doing something wrong at search?

These cards was released in japan on 3rd june 2017. The Actual official Version of the Android Version is April 2017. It's not added in the game.

But you can look in my signature. There is an "UNOFFICIAL OFFLINE Version" of the app. It contains all cards added since last week and will be updated every 2 weeks(need complete reinstall). Use the EXPERIMENTAL Version. They contains little bit more bugs, but they are more updated then the versions without.
When you install these version, read the descriptions and instructions DETAILED to not run into some failures during installation process.

With "UNOFFICIAL OFFLINE Version" you mean i can't play online right? And do I need to re-download the main OBB file every update? I've limited data plan that's why, also the game update automatically or do I need to do it manually?

Yeah. You can try it, but many cards will be marked as "illegal cards" for the server(which is also on the state of april 2017). These cards can't be used online.
But you can play with it against the ai, for example.

No. You only need to re-download the patch.obb after each update with the apk.
No I can't acess the update functionality. So you need to update them manually.
