Also, you didn't really explain the situation at all, like what monster you Summoned using it and what were the materials for it, etc. There could be a lot of ruling/game-state related reasons for why it didn't work, like for example the materials left the Graveyard and went back (they're not considered the same Fusion Materials anymore) or you Summoned Starving Venom Fusion Dragon with it (there's a ruling that says that Ultra Poly's revival effect doesn't work for it), etc.

try using ultra polymerization on your cyber dragons to summon Chimeratech Rampage Dragon the eff to banish ultra polymerization to summon the cyber dragons in the grave doesnt work.it was working fine before
