So basically, the cards get added to the game. But they aren't applied in-game no matter what i try. If anyone can help please do. And also please refrain from rudeness/disrespect. I am a noob.

1. Looks like you're using TDOANE, not YGoPro Percy.
2. If ever you do download Percy, custom cards will not be usable in the main servers and can be only be played in LAN duel and only if the other user also has the db and scripts.

No, the only non-human duel you can have is in the duel challenges section, sorry.
