https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Double_Spell_(anime) - this card should use spells from the previous and current turn, not just the previous turn based on dialogue/what happened/the manga lore as well (I recall being told once in the ocg when a card says "this turn" it can refer to the previous turn, however it was used to activate cards used on the same turn it was activated so I think both should be accounted for like pedia is describing despite manga lore literally just translating to this turn)
https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Lightforce_Sword_ (anime) This card in game isn't counting the turns correctly and the card never comes back (it looks like it's counting by 2's and not necessarily starting at 0 or something).
Double Spell:
Manga lore => Play any Spell Card(s) used by your opponent on this turn.
how it was used
Kaiba activates "Monster Reborn", to Special Summon his "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from his Graveyard. Kaiba then activates his Set "Polymerization", to fuse all his 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" to form "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" (4500/???). Yugi activates his Set "Double Spell" to use all of the Spell Cards Kaiba used this turn. Yugi uses Kaiba's "Monster Reborn" to Special Summon his "Buster Blader" from his Graveyard, then uses Kaiba's "Polymerization" to fuse his "Buster Blader" and "Dark Magician" to form "Dark Paladin".
Beside, even if it is blurry, you can count the number of characters on the japanese proxy, 29, the exact same number of character used in the lore of the manga
and even ignoring it, the anime version was used exactly in teh same way the manga was used
Kaiba used polymerisation, then yugi used double spell to use kaiba polymerisation during the same turn
Also i don't know where you heard that but I asked around, and the "in the ocg when a card says "this turn" it can refer to the previous turn" statement is completly false
As for Lightforce Sword, it will be fixed when someone is free
