The anime card Time Wizard no longer has its correct effect.
According to yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Time_Wizard_(anime)  or https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Time_Wizard_(anime) , the effect is this:

This card can also be played as a Spell Card. When this card is activated or Summoned, you can activate this effect:
‚óŹ Spin a roulette with a 1-in-2 chance of success. If successful, all monsters on the field are aged. If unsuccessful, destroy all monsters you control, including this card, and take damage equal to half of their combined ATK.
The current effect is correct, as you can see in various pages notes and decklist with Time Wizard (anime) in it, Time Wizard is a Spell card (and clearly referenced in the manga) which use the ocg version proxy (it happened quite a few times for various cards, like Mystical Elf being showed as a normal monster despite having an effect)

We don't know why Time Wizard is listed as a monster in the main page despite the notes on other pages
