It would be nice if there was a scroll bar next to the text for cards with a lot of text so you can see the whole thing. Right now I can only see 90% of long cards.

What do you mean by long cards? Use the game on full screen, I have never seen a card I could not read.

Still, it is a good idea to have a scroll button for some cards, as some people don't like to play full screen. Besides, who knows, they might release a card with such a long text, even a full screen YGOPro wouldn't be enough.

You can also decrease the font size by 1 or 2 if you don't want to play in full screen.
