snow plow's effect isn't official for TCG. The wikia page is always being changed, so there is no need updating these non-official wordings all the time.

The cards treated like "Archfiend" monster have error in the description like Summoned Skull.

And the New text of Magical Merchant say "Excavate" in YGOPro no.

He isn't talking about changing the wording, he means there is a section of the text missing in it's ygopro description.

"When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack, if you control a card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone, and if you do, inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each card destroyed by this effect. You cannot Special Summon any monsters, except Machine-Type monsters."

That is how it is on ygopro. It's missing the below section:

": You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then destroy all cards in your Spell & Trap Card Zone"
