I think you can try connecting your phone / tablet to your pc then copying your deck files (ydk) to mnt/sdcard/ygopro/deck where mnt/sdcard is the phone storage. (not the physical SD Card.)

Holy cow, I remember a year ago, on April 1st it was announced, I can't believe it actually came to Android, Playing on my SIII Mini (resolution 320/524) and I can read everything perfectly, you don't need a high res screen.

Edit the service I used to get my screen res is crap, I have the minimum requirements

YGOPro for Android works great. Used 1.0 and was able to duel the AI with it. Pretty awesome. It just needs to be updated to the latest version. Right now, my decks dont match because cards are missing from the Android version.
