I had Galaxy Tachyon Dragon on the field

Ai had Galaxy Photon Dragon on the field

I proceeded to attack Photon Dragon with Tachyon Dragon with Tachyon Dragons effect active

Photon tries to activate effect but is negated

then it continues in an endless loop
